Besides, obstruction of digestive tract, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation may occur. In case of pyloric obstruction, it will manifest as a feeling of fullness after eating, vomiting of hangover and dehydration. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is often manifested by anemia and positive fecal occult blood, and especially when liver metastasis with poor liver function is present, hemorrhage is likely to occur, which may manifest as vomiting blood or black stools, cause hypotensive shock, and even lead to the patient’s death.
