Cardiac e-peak a-peak inversion is commonly seen in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, early coronary artery disease and early hypertensive heart disease, which are more serious, and should be treated promptly.
1. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: this disease is a major cause of sudden death in adolescents and sports, with clinical manifestations of exertional dyspnea and weakness.
2. Early coronary artery disease: It may manifest as insidious or asymptomatic coronary artery disease. With the progress of the disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and other symptoms may appear.
3. Early stage of hypertensive heart disease: Clinical manifestation is elevated blood pressure, long-term pressure load increase can cause left ventricular hypertrophy and dilatation, and some patients may have symptoms of myocardial ischemia.
If there is inversion of cardiac E/A ratio, the patient should be admitted to the hospital in time, so as to clarify the cause of the disease and carry out treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
