The results of BIRADS classification are divided into seven levels, including BI-RADS3, but there is no BI-RADS3a category, BI-RADS3, generally considered to be a benign breast lesion. Most of the BI-RADS3 class do not need any other treatment; you can go to the hospital in three months for a follow-up examination to clarify the change of the nodes; if there is no significant change or shrinkage, you can upgrade the lesion class to Grade 2. According to the results of BI-RADS grading, most of the lesions below grade 3 are benign, while those above grade 4 have the possibility of malignant changes; and the higher the detection level, the higher the possibility of malignant changes. Female patients are advised to pay attention to their breast health and go to the hospital for regular breast examination; those with lesions should receive treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
