Endometrial thickening with drospirenone tablets has a role. Clinically, drospirenone tablets are commonly used to treat endometrial thickening, and it is generally recommended to take drospirenone tablets orally for 10-14 days, with withdrawal bleeding, also known as pharmacological scraping, occurring after discontinuation of the drug. Didrogestrel is equivalent to natural progesterone and has no inhibitory effect on the hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis. However, before taking didrogestrel tablets, it is recommended to undergo pelvic ultrasound and routine blood tests at the hospital to exclude endometrial polyps and endometrial lesions, as well as to exclude anemia.
