Precautions for taking Apatamide

Precautions for taking Apatamide are prompt discontinuation of the drug if a seizure occurs, prevention of falls, and assessment of the risk of fractures, ischemic heart disease, and other conditions. Apatamide is mainly used for the treatment of non-metastatic desmoplasia-resistant prostate cancer in adults at high risk of metastasis, as well as metastatic endocrine therapy-sensitive prostate cancer, and needs to be promptly discontinued if a patient develops a seizure after taking Apatamide. Some patients taking Apatamide may experience falls, so patients need to prevent falls while taking the drug. In addition, patients taking Apatamide may also suffer from fractures, and patients should be regularly evaluated for the risk of fractures, ischemic heart disease, and ischemic cerebrovascular disease while taking Apatamide. Patients are advised to use Apatadamine as prescribed by their doctor, and it is contraindicated for those who are allergic to the ingredients of Apatadamine, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. In addition, some patients with Apatamide may experience adverse reactions such as rash, nausea and vomiting, hypertension, hematuria, fatigue, diarrhea, bone fracture, urinary retention, hypothyroidism, heart failure, and pruritus.
