After tubal lysis, if the tubes have recovered and no pregnancy has occurred, the woman and man should be checked for other factors that may cause infertility. We should check for intrauterine factors, autoimmune factors, endocrine abnormalities, and other underlying diseases that may cause infertility. If immune factors are found to exist, immunomodulatory applications can be given after perfecting the examination, and if changes such as abnormal thyroid function or polycystic ovary syndrome are found to exist, medications such as thyroxine and metformin can be given. After the above treatment, if there is no successful pregnancy, assisted reproduction techniques can be performed.
