The liver class circular hypodensity shadow can be interpreted as something growing on the liver, but the specific nature of such a thing needs further examination to be clear. Round-like hypodensity in the liver is an abnormality found by plain CT of the liver, which can only initially determine the existence of lesions, but the specific kind of lesions need to be further clarified by enhanced CT or enhanced MRI, as follows: 1. Round-like hypodensity may be benign liver tumors, such as liver cysts, liver hemangiomas, liver adenomas, focal nodular hyperplasia, or malignant tumors of the liver, that is, liver cancer. For patients without hepatitis B, C or cirrhosis, the possibility of benign lesions is generally higher. 3. For patients with hepatitis B, C or cirrhosis, once there are occupying lesions in the liver, the presence of liver cancer should be ruled out first, not only by imaging but also by further examination of methemoglobin.
