Focal LSIL lesions in chronic cervicitis are serious

Chronic cervicitis focal LSIL lesions are not serious but require active treatment. Chronic cervicitis focal LSIL lesions refer to low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions, including HPV infection and CIN.1 They are mainly caused by the abnormal proliferation of cervical squamous epithelial cells, and are commonly seen in chronic cervicitis diseases such as cervical polyps, cervical cysts, and cervical hypertrophy. When chronic cervicitis focal LSIL lesions, about 1/3 of the patients can turn to normal on their own, while the other 1/3 of the patients’ lesions remain unchanged, and 1/3 of the patients’ lesions will develop into CIN 2. Chronic cervicitis focal LSIL lesions are generally not serious, and can be treated with physiotherapy and regular checkups for early detection and early treatment of cervical cancer. Women need to pay attention to personal hygiene, keep the vulva clean and avoid multiple sexual partners. Regular cervical cancer screening, including HPV and TCT examination, found abnormalities must go to the hospital in a timely manner, and follow the doctor’s instructions to deal with treatment.
