How to look for infertility

There are many causes of infertility, primary and secondary infertility. Primary infertility is mainly due to lack of ovulation, while secondary infertility is mainly due to gynecological inflammation, and you need to go to the hospital for a detailed examination to know the exact cause. You can first go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination to see if there are developmental problems with the uterus and adnexa, as well as to see if the endometrial thickness is normal and if there are egg cells developing. If there are no problems, you need to see if there is gynecological inflammation and you need to unblock the fallopian tubes, and you also need to do a whole body examination to see if there are diseases in other body systems. If menstrual irregularities are present, they can also cause infertility and require treatment with menstrual regulating drugs to promote egg cell development. If secondary infertility is not easily treated, IVF can be considered if necessary.
