What to do if your child has allergies and itchy body

The severity of the child’s allergy and the specific manifestations of the allergy need to be determined. In the case of urticaria, there may also be generalized itchiness and large wind clumps. It is important to leave the allergen and apply topical glyburide lotion or some anti-itch creams, such as compound camphor cream, to stop the itching. Oral antihistamines are also needed to control local or systemic allergic reactions. Generally, first-generation antihistamines such as paracetamol or ketotifen can be taken orally, and second-generation antihistamines such as cetirizine hydrochloride syrup or loratadine syrup can be taken orally as appropriate. If the allergy is caused by contact factors, such as contact dermatitis, topical glucocorticoid creams can be used, such as topical hydrocortisone butyrate cream or skin ointment. Oral antihistamines are also needed to control the itching symptoms.
