Vinegar is not disinfectable. Disinfection is required to be able to kill all pathogens in nature, including bacteria, fungi, viruses, protozoa and so on. If you need to disinfect, you can use medical alcohol or iodine volt. Iodine volts are relatively widely used and are not irritating, so they can be used in a wide range of applications, including disinfection of the mouth, perineum, mucous membranes, wound surfaces, and inside wounds. It is also commonly used to disinfect incision sites prior to surgery, and generally two passes of iodophor on the skin are sufficient. Medical alcohol can also be used for disinfection on the skin surface, but it is irritating, so it should not be used on the wound surface, inside the wound, mouth, or perineum.
