What about blood sugar 10

Blood glucose 10mmol/L, first of all, we need to see whether this blood glucose is fasting blood glucose or postprandial blood glucose, and whether there are any symptoms. If the fasting blood sugar is 10mmol/L, we should highly suspect the possibility of diabetes, and also see if there are diabetes-related symptoms, such as polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia, etc. If there are, the diagnosis can be confirmed and regular glucose-lowering treatment is needed. The first step should be diet, exercise, monitoring and medication. Diet should be managed according to the diabetic diet, with the focus on caloric intake. Exercise is an important guarantee of good health and good blood sugar. Effective aerobic exercise should be performed, and it is generally recommended for more than 5 days a week, for not less than 30 minutes each time, with slight sweating. It is also necessary to choose suitable hypoglycemic drugs for treatment according to the condition under the guidance of doctors. Attention should also be paid to timely monitoring of good blood sugar to prevent hypoglycemia. If it is postprandial blood glucose, it should be highly concerned and further evaluated to see whether it is abnormal glucose tolerance or other conditions, and if necessary, a 75g glucose tolerance test should be performed. If diabetes can be diagnosed, treat it as such. If the criteria for diabetes are not yet met, attention should be paid to lifestyle interventions to bring the blood glucose under control as much as possible. Therefore, if the blood glucose value reaches 10 mmol/L, it needs to be clarified whether it is fasting blood glucose or postprandial blood glucose, and then the specific analysis will be made and the next step will be taken according to the specific situation.
