White bumps in the coronal groove are mostly residual circumcision or urinary scale, often accompanied by a foul odor and a long foreskin. When the foreskin is turned over, it can be seen attached to the glans in the coronal groove, which can be peeled off by hand, and is a mastic-like sensation. Local washing is needed, and after the white bumps are completely removed, circumcision is performed on an elective basis. For circumcised patients, due to the long time foreskin scale gathering, can always be wrapped in the foreskin, and the inner plate and the glans to form adhesions between the surgical process in order to peel off the adhesions, the foreskin scale will be completely removed. In patients with simple phimosis, the foreskin needs to be completely retreated to the coronal sulcus when cleaning, and the white, gelatinous foreskin scale adhering to the coronal sulcus needs to be washed off in order to maintain localized cleanliness. Especially in childhood, cleaning without attention to the foreskin completely turned up or do not pay attention to personal hygiene, will often see children around the coronary groove of the white mastic-like pimples, mostly for the foreskin scale.
