Signs that kidney qi is beginning to recover are mainly manifested by improvement of the symptoms of kidney qi deficiency, such as relief of back pain and normal urination. Kidney qi deficiency is often characterized by symptoms such as lumbar and knee pain (a feeling of soreness and weakness in the waist and knees), dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, and fatigue (mental exhaustion and physical weakness). If Kidney Qi is restored, symptoms such as back pain, tinnitus and deafness are relieved. Insufficient Kidney Qi also leads to insufficient bladder restraint, resulting in symptoms such as long and clear urination, incomplete urination, frequent nocturia, enuresis, and urinary incontinence. If Kidney Qi is restored, urination behaves normally. Insufficient Kidney Qi will be accompanied by some manifestations of Qi deficiency, such as shortness of breath, low voice, lack of breath and laziness (lack of strength, don’t want to talk), weakness, self-sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with slight movement). When Kidney Qi is restored, the person’s mental outlook becomes better and these conditions are improved. To determine whether Kidney Qi has been restored, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital in time to be evaluated by a professional doctor.
