Recently, a patient with complicated kidney stones was admitted to our urology department. Due to the huge and irregular stones filling the kidney, single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy is usually used for general kidney stone patients, but due to the special nature of the patient’s stones, it is difficult to remove the stones in the traditional way.
