What’s with the prostate cancer gleason score of 3+3?

The prostate cancer gleason score, also known as the Gleason score, is a scoring system for determining the degree of malignancy of prostate cancer. A prostate cancer gleason score of 3+3 is considered a less malignant prostate cancer.
The first 3 represents the primary tissue area of prostate cancer tissue; the second 3 represents the secondary tissue area, and the scores of the two components are added together to make the Gleason score for prostate cancer. The higher the Gleason score, the more malignant the prostate cancer, 3+3=6 so it can be considered a less malignant prostate cancer.
Although the Gleason score of 6 belongs to the prostate cancer with lower malignancy, it still belongs to the tumor disease and needs to pay great attention. Targeted treatment should be carried out under the guidance of professional doctors.
