What’s wrong with summer bloating?

Summer bloating may be caused by inhaling more air when ingesting food, but also need to consider pathological factors, such as irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia and other diseases.
1. Physiological causes: If a large amount of air is swallowed when eating in summer, causing gas in the stomach and causing bloating, it will usually be relieved by itself after rest.
2. Pathologic causes:
(1) Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Eating cold food in the summer heat leads to gastrointestinal dysfunction causing IBS, which results in abdominal distension accompanied by abdominal pain, change in bowel habits, and abnormalities in stool characteristics.
(2) indigestion: summer heat, caused by the gastrointestinal tract absorption function decreases, food metabolism process will produce too much gas, resulting in summer bloating and accompanied by nausea, belching (belching), anorexia and other symptoms.
