Drowning people have a heartbeat breathing weak should do

If the drowning person has a heartbeat, but breathing is weak, the patient must be made to lie down, keep warm, and open the patient’s mouth and airway to see if there is a foreign body blockage. If the blockage of foreign bodies is ruled out the patient still has weak breathing, he should be given on-the-spot artificial respiration, oxygen and other conditions, while calling 120 and asking the paramedics to come to the rescue together. In addition, during artificial respiration, the patient’s heartbeat must be regularly observed to see if it slows down or even stops. If there is a cardiac arrest, external chest compressions must be given at the same time as artificial respiration, usually 30 compressions followed by two artificial respirations, and so on alternately. If medical personnel arrive, tracheal intubation can be given as well as a ventilator to assist breathing, and then immediately sent to the hospital to do the corresponding emergency treatment.
