The fetal movement is an indicator of the health of the fetus in the womb, as the mother can feel the fetus turning over and kicking in the womb. This is one of the best ways for pregnant mothers to monitor their baby’s condition based on fetal movements. The frequency, strength, duration and interval of each fetal movement are all very different from each other. The fetal movement record to find out your own fetal movement pattern Different pregnant mothers have different methods to calculate fetal movement and feel the fetal movement, and each fetal movement also has differences, if pregnant mothers want to more accurately grasp their own fetal baby’s fetal movement pattern, they need to start from 28 weeks of pregnancy, correctly record the daily fetal movement, careful observation, after a period of recording, pregnant mothers can record to find out the fetal baby’s The baby’s fetal movement pattern and characteristics. How to count fetal movement Method 1: Every day when you are free, such as after breakfast, after lunch break and after dinner, lie on the left side of the bed or sit on a chair, record the number of fetal movements of the baby within one hour, record 3 times, add up the number of fetal movements each time and then multiply it by 4, that is the number of fetal movements in 12 hours. The number of fetal movements may vary from week to week. Generally, if the baby moves more than 3 times per hour and more than 30 times in 12 hours, it means the baby is in good condition. If the fetal movement is less than 20 times in 12 hours, it means that the fetal baby has the possibility of intrauterine hypoxia, and if it is less than 10 times, it means that the fetal baby is in danger and needs to go to the hospital for examination immediately. Method 2: Record the time it takes for 10 consecutive fetal movements in your free time every day. If you start counting at 8:00 am and 10 fetal movements are at 9:00 am, then 10 fetal movements will take 60 minutes and record it in the table. If the 10 times fetal movement time is less than 120 minutes, it means the fetal movement is normal, if it is more than 120 minutes or no fetal movement, then you need to go to the hospital immediately. If the average number of fetal movements in 12 hours calculated by the pregnant mother is less than 20, it is considered abnormal fetal movement. In addition, the following conditions are also considered abnormal fetal movement: 1. the number of fetal movements per hour is less than 3 in 6 hours of continuous counting; 2. the number of fetal movements is significantly higher than usual, but then significantly decreased; 3. the fetal movements suddenly become violent or the amplitude of fetal movements suddenly increases significantly, and then decreases significantly; 4. the number of fetal movements recorded for the second time is reduced by half compared with the value recorded in the previous time.
