For the imported hepatitis B vaccine, patients usually only need to inject one shot, one month after the injection patients should draw blood to check the three systems of hepatitis B, all of which will produce antibodies and be positive. If the patient is positive for hepatitis B surface antibody and the titer is more than 10mIU/mL, it proves that the patient has immune protection mechanism and is immune to chronic viral hepatitis B. The patient usually will not be infected with chronic viral hepatitis B. For the domestic vaccine, patients generally need three injections and within six months. One month after the last injection, the patient also needs to have a blood test for the hepatitis B triple system to see if the patient is positive for hepatitis B surface antibody and the titer level. If the titer is less than 10 mIU/mL, further vaccination with hepatitis B vaccine should be actively considered. In addition, after the injection, the hepatitis B triple system should be rechecked regularly until the hepatitis B surface antibody is positive and the titer is greater than 10mIU/mL, which is the case for patients with autoimmunity.
