Hypertension may be caused by non-disease factors or by diseases such as shock and hemorrhage.
1. Non-disease factors
(1) Change of body position: when suddenly changing from squatting or lying position to upright position, due to insufficient return blood volume, it can lead to temporary insufficient pumping of the heart and cause high and low blood pressure.
(2) Drugs: If you take too much antihypertensive drugs, it can also cause high blood pressure.
2. Diseases
(1) Shock: In patients with shock, blood volume is significantly reduced, which can lead to a drop in systolic blood pressure.
(2) Hemorrhage: Hemorrhage caused by various reasons can cause a decrease in circulating blood volume, leading to a decrease in systolic blood pressure.
(3) Allergy: Exposure to allergens leads to the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators from the body’s mast cells, causing extravasation of fluid from the blood vessels and leading to hypertonicity.
It is recommended to go to the hospital in case of high and low blood pressure.
