How long does it take to recover after clavicle plate removal

After the plate is removed from the clavicle fracture, it is recommended that no significant activity be performed for 1 month. However, daily activities such as brushing teeth, combing hair, and washing face can be performed normally. After 1 month, you can carry heavy objects and perform normal household chores. If the clavicle fracture is fully recovered after removal of the plate, it will take about 3 months to engage in normal activities.
