Will hair transplants fall out?

Hair transplantation is the extraction of hair follicles from the back of the occipital area to the forehead or the top of the head, the growth environment of the hair follicles has changed, and the hair follicles are extracted from the dermis, inevitably affected by external influences, making some of the hair follicles shed early. Therefore, 2-3 months after the hair transplant, there will be transplanted hair growth and fall, this is not the cause of hair transplant failure, but the hair follicles enter the resting and shedding period in advance, no need to worry too much, it will soon grow out again, the shedding at this time is a normal phenomenon. Each person’s hair follicle has its own independent metabolic cycle, and the length of the cycle is slightly different, the hair in the growth period will continue to grow, the daily growth rate of about 0.27-0.4mm, healthy state generally continue to grow 2-4 years, or even longer. About 90% of all hair is in the anagen phase, and the rest is in different periods. When the hair follicle is in the resting phase, the hair bulb in the hair follicle starts to shrink, the hair no longer grows fast and becomes thin and loose; when the hair follicle enters the shedding phase, the hair root shrinks and the hair will fall out under the action of external force, then the hair follicle will enter the hair growth phase again and new hair will grow out again, and the cycle continues. Each person has a different body type and different degree of toughness of hair follicles, some people shed more after hair transplantation, others shed less or even do not shed, this has no effect on the final recovery, and the shedding period will not be long. The overall thinning effect is not very obvious, and the impact on the image will not be great.
