What’s wrong with the mole on the face?

A nevus on the face is also called a pigmented nevus, which is a granular change caused by the aggregation of pigment cells in the lower layer of the skin. These nevi are classified as intradermal nevi, junctional nevi and epidermal nevi because of the obvious skin bumps caused by the agglomeration. This kind of pigmented nevus is not painful or itchy and does not affect the body too much. If it is affected by many factors such as external friction, stimulation and scratching, the pigmented nevus may gradually increase in size, and in serious cases, it may even cause local ulceration, erosion and pain, etc. After any kind of symptoms appear, it is recommended to go to the local hospital for surgery to remove it and to do pathological examination to determine whether there is a possibility of malignant transformation. If there is no malignant change, it will be cured after removal, but if there is malignant change, it needs to be removed as soon as possible.
