Adverse effects of pabolizumab include fatigue, pruritus, rash, diarrhea, nausea and immune-related pneumonia, hepatitis, myocarditis, etc., and should be closely monitored during administration.
Pabolizumab is indicated for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic melanoma that has failed first-line therapy.
A variety of adverse reactions may occur after the use of the drug, the most common are fatigue, itching, rash, diarrhea, nausea. It may also cause adverse reactions such as hypertension, immune-related myocarditis, pneumonia, hepatitis, arthralgia, myositis, tenosynovitis, nephritis, edema, fever, and abnormalities of liver and kidney function.
The drug is contraindicated in allergic, pregnant and lactating women. The use of the drug should be evaluated, guided and observed by a specialized physician, and the drug should be discontinued in time for treatment of any adverse reactions after use.
