In 34 weeks of pregnancy, you can try to change the breech position to the head position through knee-chest lying position, hip-shaking exercise and moxibustion to yin point.
1. Knee-chest lying position: applicable after 30 weeks, 15 minutes each time, usually 7~10 days as a course of treatment, once in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.

3. Moxibustion to the yin point: moxibustion to the yin point (the tip of the fifth toe), 1~2 times a day, each time for 15 minutes, 5 times for a course of treatment, through the promotion of fetal movement to increase the chances of transposition.
There are contraindications to all of the above methods, and it is recommended that they be performed under the guidance of an obstetrician after the contraindications have been eliminated.
