Itchy skin where the kidney is bad in general

Itchy skin caused by bad kidney is usually found on the skin of the whole body. It is mainly due to the gradual development of kidney disease and entering the stage of renal failure, toxin excretion is impaired and accumulates in the body, which will affect the sensory nervous system of the skin and will cause itchy skin. Chronic renal failure will be accompanied by hyperphosphatemia and hyperparathyroidism, these will also cause itching of the skin, which will manifest as itching of the skin all over the body. This condition requires the administration of hemodialysis treatment, choosing those that are better for phosphorus excretion, such as hemoperfusion and hemofiltration, but the usual hemodialysis is not very good for phosphorus removal. Anti-allergic drugs, such as cetirizine and loratadine, can also be used, which are still effective for this kind of itchy skin.
