There is no need for chemotherapy after surgery for benign bladder tumors, for bladder entropion papilloma, which is a benign tumor, the disposition of this bladder after surgery, everyone in the field should be the same for it, no perfusion chemotherapy will be implemented, only periodic review may be required. For the other category, which is called precancerous lesions, called adenocystitis, the postoperative management may be varied. The current clinical guidelines recommend immediate postoperative chemotherapy with bladder irrigation for adenocystitis of the bladder, with regular postoperative attention. Of course, some adenocystitis may turn into adenocarcinoma of the bladder, and whether or not this treatment will delay the patient’s prognosis and progression of the disease, in clinical practice there are two categories, unless it is aneurysmal adenocystitis, in which case the treatment will be more rigorous, and the rest will be treated as benign tumors.
