For patients with mild renal impairment, no dosage adjustment is necessary; for patients with renal impairment whose creatinine clearance is between 30 and 49 ml/min, take 5 mg orally every 2 days; for patients with renal impairment whose creatinine clearance is between 10 and 29 ml/min, take 5 mg orally every 3 days; for creatinine clearance <10 ml/min patients, the use of this drug is prohibited.
