Pancreaticoduodenal surgery is the most commonly used surgical method for the treatment of tumor lesions in the head of pancreas, and the steps of the surgery mainly include the following: First, choose the median incision in the upper abdomen, incise the skin and subcutaneous tissues one by one to enter into the abdomen, and investigate the abdominal cavity to see if there is any ascites and extensive metastasis of the tumor, etc. Second, free the adhesion of the tumor to the surrounding blood vessels and intestinal ducts. Second, free the adhesion between the tumor in the head of pancreas and the surrounding blood vessels and intestinal tubes, and in the process of freeing the tumor, avoid damaging the portal vein, the inferior mesenteric artery and the common bile duct. If the tumor is accompanied by portal vein invasion, it is feasible to resect the invaded segment of portal vein and anastomose the proximal and distal portal vein vessels. After fully freeing the tumor from the head of pancreas, complete resection of the tumor is performed. At the same time, the distal gastric tissue, distal bile duct and head of pancreas should be resected, and the surgical wound should be completely hemostatic. Step by step, pancreatic duct-jejunostomy, gastro-jejunostomy, bile duct-jejunostomy were performed. After completion of the anastomosis, the abdominal cavity was cleaned up, and an abdominal drainage tube was placed, and the operation was completed.
