How to treat lumbar fissure?

Lumbar isthmic fracture is a structural abnormality of the lumbar spine in which the lumbar isthmus fails to ossify during congenital development. It can be asymptomatic for life. It can also cause lumbar pain, and in severe cases, lumbar spondylolisthesis may occur and cause symptoms. People with lumbar isthmus cleft are prone to lumbar spine slippage if the anterior protrusion of lumbar vertebrae increases, so patients with this structural abnormality of lumbar pain are prohibited from doing lumbar back exercises such as yanfei. At present, symptomatic treatment, physical therapy and rest are helpful in relieving symptoms. Do not easily consider surgical treatment.
