Fetal spina bifida can be cured, but it must also be treated on a case-by-case basis. There are three types of spina bifida: 1) spinal bulge; 2) spinal cord spinal bulge; 3) spinal cord bulge, and these three diseases are best treated with spinal bulge. If the spinal cord is combined with spinal cord bulge and spinal cord spondylolisthesis, the whole spinal cord usually has some problems, and the effect of later treatment and cure rate are not high. In the case of simple spinal bulge, surgical closure of the spinal cord can be achieved at a later stage with a complete cure. For the other two types, the relative risk is higher, the postoperative complications are more frequent, and more importantly, the spinal cord segments and even the entire nerve tissue have certain abnormalities, which increase the difficulty of healing in the future, so at present, only spinal bulge has a certain degree of therapeutic efficacy and can be cured.
