BINO i.e. Tretinoin Nasal Spray does not generally injure the stomach, but may cause primary adrenal insufficiency resulting in loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting as a side effect and should be used in accordance with medical advice. The active ingredient in Trimethoprim Nasal Spray is trimethoprim, a potent topical glucocorticoid, which generally does not produce systemic side effects at therapeutic doses; therefore, this product does not generally cause gastric injury. However, it may cause primary adrenal insufficiency, resulting in gastrointestinal symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. Trimethoprim Nasal Spray instructions state that the main adverse effects of this product are dryness or burning sensation in the nose and throat, mild rhinorrhea, sneezing, headache, perforation of the nasal septum, and increased intraocular pressure. Allergic to this product is prohibited. It should be used reasonably under the guidance of a doctor.
