1. 3. Tendon sheath cysts: most of them are located in the wrist joint, which are benign swellings near the joints, ligaments or tendons of the human body, with one or more tips into the wrist joint or surrounding structures. Often hemispherical, there can be no obvious symptoms, if the cyst is too large compression of the peripheral nerves can produce distal limb numbness, the inner side of the wrist can appear to have a pins and needles sensation.
