Can you eat skinny eggs with gastritis?

Patients with gastritis are not recommended to eat peeled eggs or eat them in small amounts.
Gastritis refers to acute and chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa. It can be related to Helicobacter pylori infection, poor diet, medication, alcohol consumption and other causes. There may be symptoms such as indigestion, nausea, vomiting, and pain in the upper left abdomen.
Skinned eggs are pickled foods made from eggs through a series of processes and contain protein, hydrogen sulfide, iron, and lead.
The protein content in skin eggs is relatively high, and taking a large amount of them may delay gastric emptying and cause indigestion; lead may lead to lead poisoning; long-term use of pickled foods may induce stomach cancer, so patients with gastritis are not recommended to eat skin eggs or a small amount of skin eggs.
Gastritis patients should eat more light, well-digested food, do not eat spicy stimulation, greasy food, avoid smoking and alcohol, and under the guidance of the doctor for drug treatment.
