Clinically, there is no such thing as the best way to solve atrial fibrillation; there are medications and non-pharmacological treatments to solve atrial fibrillation, among which non-pharmacological treatments include radiofrequency ablation, surgical labyrinthine surgery, and so on, and the better one is radiofrequency ablation. 1. Pharmacological treatment: mainly includes anticoagulant therapy, restoration of rhythm and control of ventricular rate, of which the choice of anticoagulant drugs include warfarin and new oral anticoagulant such as rivaroxaban and dabigatran et al.; restoration of rhythm can be chosen from amiodarone; control of ventricular rate is chosen from digitalis preparation (digoxin), CCB (isobaric), or β-blocker (metoprolol), which should be used under the guidance of a physician. 2. Radiofrequency ablation: a minimally invasive interventional therapy for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with obvious symptoms and ineffective drug therapy, with high efficiency, as the first-line treatment. 3. Surgical labyrinthine surgery: to maintain sinus rhythm, with a high success rate, but open heart surgery, trauma. If diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, must go to the regular cardiovascular internal medicine, according to the doctor’s advice to choose the appropriate treatment program, not blindly self-medication.
