The safe period is a few days after your period

The term “vacation” is generally used to refer to a woman’s menstrual period. The duration of the safe period after menstruation depends on the duration of menstruation. The first 8 days of menstruation are considered the safe period.
If a woman has a regular period, the safe period is 7 days before and 8 days after her period. So the 8th day after the onset of menstruation is considered safe.
Some women who have short periods, such as a period that clears in 4 days, have a safe period for 4 days after their period clears.
However, if a woman’s period is irregular, ultrasound or ovulation test paper should be used to detect ovulation.
Safe period is not an absolute safe period, just that the chances of conception are smaller compared to the ovulation period. For women who do not intend to get pregnant, they should be careful to use condoms and other means of contraception to avoid the possibility of unwanted pregnancy.
