How to test if you have strabismus

To measure whether you have strabismus, you can look at a photo, cover it with a mirror, and if the two eyes are not looking in the same direction, you may have strabismus.
1. Look at a photo: If the two eyes in the photo are not looking in the same direction, and if you can see that the two eyes are not looking in the same position, you may have strabismus.
2. Covering with a mirror: For slight strabismus or what is usually called occult strabismus, you can cover one eye with a mirror and observe, for example, when you cover the right eye with your right hand, pay attention to see if the left eye has moved. If the left eye moves from a more outward direction to the center or inward direction, strabismus may be present.
These methods can be used to self determine if you have strabismus, but you need to go to the hospital and have some detailed tests done to confirm if you have strabismus.
