How to treat chronic atrophic gastritis

Surgical treatment: If patients with chronic atrophic gastritis develop high-level intraepithelial neoplasia or carcinoma, endoscopic treatment or surgical treatment should be carried out under doctor’s advice, and regular follow-up.
