Atrial premature is better than ventricular premature.
1. Atrial premature can be seen in many cases, such as organic heart disease (coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease), drugs and electrolyte disorders (hypokalemia, digitalis intoxication), neurological anomalies (emotional excitement, excessive alcohol intake), endocrine disorders (hyperthyroidism), and in normal people (sympathetic hyperactivity), etc. The symptoms of atrial premature can be seen in individuals with normal heart structure, such as coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy and valvular disease.
2. Premature ventricular disease can be seen in individuals with normal cardiac structure, and is more common in a variety of heart valve structural heart disease such as coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy and valvular disease, etc. Poor lifestyle and drug toxicity and electrolyte disorders are also causes of premature ventricular disease.
3. Ventricular premature or atrial premature caused by non-organic lesions can be improved after symptomatic treatment. Ventricular tachycardia caused by organic lesions is more difficult to treat than atrial tachycardia. Especially frequent ventricular tachycardia may turn into ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation, which may cause hemodynamic disorders and make it more difficult to treat.
Frequent episodes of premature beats require prompt medical attention to rule out organic cardiac pathology. If you feel unwell, you should seek medical attention and follow the doctor’s instructions.
