Both cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral ischemia are cerebrovascular diseases. They can be distinguished in the following three aspects: 1. Pathogenesis, cerebral hemorrhage is the rupture of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in the flow of blood into the brain parenchyma or subarachnoid space as well as the ventricular system. Cerebral ischemia is the blockage of blood vessels, resulting in ischemia and hypoxia of brain tissue in its blood supply area. The onset of cerebral hemorrhage is more acute than cerebral ischemia, and symptoms can peak within minutes, while cerebral ischemia peaks within hours. Cerebral hemorrhage is accompanied by headache, obvious symptoms of high cranial pressure, nausea and vomiting, and vomiting is sometimes jet-like, while cerebral ischemia has no obvious high cranial pressure manifestation. 3. imaging, cerebral hemorrhage presents as high-density shadow on cranial CT examination, while cerebral ischemia presents as low-density shadow on cranial CT examination.
