Why praziquantel should be stopped promptly

Praziquantel tablets are broad-spectrum anti-schistosomiasis and tapeworm medications, but their side effects are high, so they need to be discontinued promptly. Praziquantel tablets are indicated for all kinds of diseases caused by schistosomiasis, schistosomiasis, schistosomiasis, schistosomiasis, gingerbread worms, as well as tapeworms and cysticercosis, whose side effects include dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and limb aches and pains. They are usually of short duration and do not require treatment. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal disease and patients with a history of psychiatric disorders should use the drug with caution. The use of the drug is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to the drug or the components of the formula, as well as in patients with ocular cysticercosis. The specific dosage and usage of the above drugs should follow the doctor’s instructions, and should not be used on their own to avoid adverse reactions.
