What do you say when a person with a brain attack can’t talk?

Patients with cerebral infarction who cannot speak are considered to be the result of cerebral infarction compressing the speech center, and they can express themselves by body actions and words.
1. Physical action: If only the speech center is compressed, and the physical activity of the body is normal, the patient can express his/her intention through physical action, eyes and other ways.
2. Words: If the patient can write or type, he/she can also express his/her will and communicate with his/her family and friends through writing and typing.
Patients with cerebral infarction who cannot speak should be treated with medication and functional training in language, monosyllabic pronunciation training, vocabulary training as well as follow-reading training, which will improve to a certain extent.
