Can you feel a brain hemorrhage?

Most patients with brain hemorrhage can feel it themselves. Because a series of clinical symptoms can be produced after brain hemorrhage, patients with mild brain hemorrhage can experience headache and dizziness, as well as numbness and weakness of the limbs. Some patients may not show it because the bleeding volume is relatively small and there are no obvious symptoms of neurological deficits at the site of bleeding, which accounts for a relatively small percentage in clinical practice. For relatively large amount of bleeding, patients can show symptoms such as headache and dizziness, and it is recommended that patients consult a hospital for head CT examination. For the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, it is mainly based on the site of bleeding and the amount of bleeding. If the amount of bleeding in the anterior circulation is less than 30mL and there are no obvious compression symptoms, the patient can be treated with conservative observation. If the patient has edema and severe compression symptoms, surgery can be performed if necessary. For brain hemorrhage in the posterior circulation is relatively heavy, the patient will have symptoms such as dizziness, skewed walking, numbness and weakness of the limbs, especially in the brainstem, if the hemorrhage exceeds 5mL, the patient’s life will be in danger in serious cases.
