There is no definitive conclusion as to what type of deformity needs to be treated. However, it is important to actively consider intervention and treatment for the following types: a malformation that has ruptured and bled before, a malformation with recurrent epilepsy, a malformation mass combined with a high-flow fistula, a malformation with poor drainage or combined with a blood flow-related aneurysm.
