The medical term for fibrinase is fibrinogen, and its high level refers to an indication of increased blood coagulation. Fibrinogen, a protein synthesized by the liver, has a clotting function. It plays an important role in the body’s blood clotting process, accelerating platelet aggregation and increasing blood viscosity. High fibrinase is divided into pathological and non-pathological. 1. Pathologic causes: cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, stress, and acute and chronic infections. 2. Non-pathological causes: medicinal factors (such as oral contraceptives) and physiological factors (such as obesity, menstruation and pregnancy for more than 3 months). When the examination shows high fibrinogen, it is necessary to carry out further examination to clarify the cause of the disease, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
