What are the tests for hepatitis B?

Hepatitis B examination items mainly include the following: examination of liver function, quantitative testing of the five hepatitis B items, quantitative testing of surface antigen, testing of HBV-DNA of hepatitis B virus, instantaneous elastography of the liver, ultrasound of liver, spleen and gallbladder, nuclear magnetic, CT and so on. The purpose of the examination is to determine whether the patient is a hepatitis B carrier or a chronic hepatitis B patient, whether the patient is infectious, the strength of the infectiousness, whether the patient is in a state of morbidity, whether the liver function is jaundiced, whether there is splenomegaly, changes in liver morphology, that is, whether there is liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis. The MRI and CT tests are mainly to clarify whether there are occupying liver lesions caused by hepatitis B virus, that is, tumors.
