Kidney color ultrasound is mainly through the ultrasound observation of kidney contour and shape size, can observe the kidney enlargement, shrinkage, lack of, etc., can’t judge the kidney function through kidney color ultrasound. And the uremia’s is mainly based on the glomerular filtration rate, blood creatinine level and patient’s clinical manifestations and other common diagnosis.
Generally speaking, patients with uremia have glomerular filtration rate <10mL/min, water-electrolyte disorders, nausea, vomiting, mental anomalies, hemorrhagic tendency and other manifestations of renal failure. Patients with uremia should be treated with hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or kidney transplantation in time.
