How to Combine Tazenda and Methyldopa

The generic names of Tessuta and Medopa are Pibedil and Dobasic Hydrazide Tablets, respectively. Patients can reduce the dosage of Dobasic Hydrazide Tablets by combining them with Pibedil when their symptoms fluctuate after using Dobasic Hydrazide Tablets. Typically 250 mg of Dobasic Hydrazide Tablets requires 50 mg of Pibedil. The daily dosage of piribedil is 1 to 3 tablets to be taken orally in three divided doses, depending on the patient’s condition. Dobasic hydrazide tablets should be used initially as 1/2 tablet orally three times a day, and the weekly dosage may be increased by 1/2 tablet thereafter. The effective dosage is usually 2 to 4 tablets per day in 3 to 4 divided doses. Pibedil is used as adjunctive therapy for chronic cognitive and sensory impairment in the elderly; adjunctive therapy for intermittent claudication due to chronic obstructive arterial disease of the lower extremities; ophthalmic ischemic symptoms; and treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Dobazepine tablets are used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and symptomatic Parkinson’s syndrome. Pibedil side effects include nausea, vomiting, and upright hypotension. Dobasic Hydrazide Tablet side effects mainly include anxiety, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, and cardiac arrhythmia. Pibedil is contraindicated in allergy to any ingredient, vasovagal vapors, acute stage of myocardial infarction, etc. Dobasic hydrazide tablets are contraindicated in allergy to the components of the product, endocrine diseases, renal impairment, hepatic impairment, psychiatric disorders, closed-angle glaucoma, and so on. Dobasic hydrazide tablets and piribedil are prescription drugs and need to be applied under the supervision of a doctor.
