Can I have an abortion in the third month of pregnancy?

An abortion needs to be performed within ten weeks of menopause, too big a month should be hospitalized to induce abortion and cannot be performed as a routine abortion. Because the larger the gestational week, the softer the uterus, the greater the risk of uterine perforation and hemorrhage during the operation, so hospitalization is required for observation. It will take about three days to kill the embryo and help soften the cervix. Vaginal bleeding may occur during the medication, but it is usually not much. Help the uterus to contract and stop bleeding. In the future, we must do a good job of contraception, and review the ultrasound half a month after the operation to ensure that there is no residual pregnancy tissue in the uterine cavity, and we should not have intercourse too early. Repeated abortions and uterine evacuation can easily lead to endometrial damage and eventually lead to secondary infertility, uterine adhesions and even amenorrhea. Abortion should be induced in hospital, and simple abortion is not feasible. An intrauterine device can be placed at the same time after the operation.
